There are many instances when a child may need a cosmetic dental procedure. Your child may have baby teeth or adult teeth that have problems that can only be fixed with cosmetic dentistry. Kids see celebrities and models with white teeth and it is not uncommon for them to want teeth as white as their favorite star. If a teen has a discoloration on a tooth they are more likely to obsess over that discoloration. After all, they are at a time in their life where their appearance plays a big role in the social interactions. White teeth make them feel more confident.
